The upper is made of breathable ripstop fabric with TPU inserts in the toe and heel area to provide impact protection. The SLW3 twist closure is unique and allows for a gradual opening as well as a full opening with just one button. There is also an additional Velcro strap for a more customized fit to the foot. A new padding on the top of the tongue further enhances comfort.

The clipless pedal sole Damp-Evo provides excellent grip on the pedal and ensures optimal control, even in difficult terrain. The improved flexibility of the sole increases comfort on demanding and long rides and allows the shoe to be used for walking as well.

Particularly unique is the SLW3 twist closure from X-Dial, which allows ultra-fast, millimeter-precise closing. This compact mechanism is easy to use: A simple turn of the knob closes the closure precisely and quickly. The side-mounted knob allows for gradual opening, so you can benefit from millimeter-precise adjustment even while riding.
