For all downhill racers who want to play it safe, we offer an even more stable aluminum wheelset with the Forge 30 DH Race. This set also uses our modular wheel concept with a lighter front wheel and a more stable rear wheel. To achieve this, we combine the Strong version at the front with the additionally reinforced DH rim on the rear wheel.

The new Forge 30 rims are based on the same impact-resistant profiles as the top Beskar aluminum wheels. During the development of the new generation of rims, we carried out impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 different rim profile prototypes. In addition to the familiar angled design, we have further optimized the rim flanges. This makes the impact-resistant 30-millimeter rims even more resistant to punctures. At the same time, the rim profiles are as flat as possible in order to generate a lot of grip and comfort in combination with modern MTB tires.
